It is that time of the year again, pumpkin spice this and pumpkin spice that. Many of us absolutely love this season and even more, we love the indulgence of treats it brings with it. Nothing gets me more into the feeling of fall spirit like a delicious pumpkin spice latte, but what I do not enjoy as much is the amount of fats and sugars that are found in most of our favorite drinks.
