As we get closer and closer to the New Year many of us are starting to consider our New Year’s Resolutions. Undoubtedly, many of us will choose a weight related resolution. As a registered dietitian I say, yes! Instead of trying to find the perfect diet that melts fat like butter in the sun, look a little deeper. Try to figure out what balance, healthy living and wellness really mean to you and your family?
