Get Into Fitness Today (GIFT)
A flexible weight management program developed by registered dietitians, registered nurses, and health educators to provide education, support, tools, and accountability for healthy weight loss and maintenance.

Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP)
A 12-month program that begins with 16 weekly one-hour core sessions, followed by monthly sessions geared towards maintaining progress. A trained Lifestyle Coach will support participants in making and sustaining lifestyle changes to prevent type 2 diabetes. Participants will learn strategies for healthy eating, being active, and dealing with day to day situations to assist them in achieving long-term success.

Diabetes Self Management Education (DSME)
For individuals who have been diagnosed with diabetes. A six-week program designed to provide the skills, information and support needed to empower persons with diabetes to better manage their condition. Learn about topics such as self-monitoring, healthy eating, managing medications, and healthy coping.

Blood Pressure Management (BP For Me)
A four-week program to help you manage your blood pressure, by focusing on areas you can control, to help you reduce your risk for heart disease, stroke, and heart attack.
